Harriet Tubman Illustrations

Illustrations for a book a children's book I just finished back in March, it was a longggg job. It should be published by the end of the year I think! There pretty much in order and if you couldn't tell, they show the story of Harriet Tubman's life.

This one is my favorite, I liked the colors

Hello again

I haven't updated in a while but I think its time to start to really organize and post my work, so yeah.

These two are part of a series on self destruction, they go together forming a short narrative.
The first image reads "Poor tethered child" and the second, "Rejoice! For my aching belly can swallow no more" Been working on amore surrealish mixed media style I really like

Just a face

Some life drawing

Ink and charcoal experiment

My first color lithograph! Product of my first printmaking class ever and I absolutely loved it.

Imagined drawing inspired by The Pieta, my favorite sculpture ever! Religious work really inspires me because it can be full of such raw emotion and narrative.

There will be more sooooon!
